Kassel-Mitte: In einem Ermittlungsverfahren wegen des Verdachts des Handels mit Betäubungsmitteln haben Beamte des Kommissariats 34 der Kasseler Kripo am gestrigen Mittwoch eine Wohnung in der Erzbergerstraße in Kassel durchsucht. Hierbei fanden die Ermittler 555 Gramm Heroin mit einem geschätzten Straßenverkaufswert von 25.000 Euro und nahmen drei Tatverdächtige in der Wohnung fest. Die 45-jährige Frau aus Kassel und die beiden 59 und 52 Jahre alten Männer aus Grebenstein und Bebra werden am heutigen Tag einem Haftrichter vorgeführt, der über die Untersuchungshaft entscheidet.

Eingeleitet worden war das Verfahren nach einem Hinweis aus der Bevölkerung auf mögliche Drogengeschäfte in der Wohnung in einem Mehrparteienhaus. Die daraufhin geführten Ermittlungen der Beamten des K 34 erhärteten den Verdacht, dass dort offenbar ein schwunghafter Handel mit Betäubungsmitteln betrieben wurde. Auf Antrag der Staatsanwaltschaft Kassel hatte ein Richter einen Durchsuchungsbefehl erlassen, der am gestrigen Mittwochnachmittag vollstreckt wurde.

Die in der Wohnung angetroffenen Tatverdächtigen waren beim schlagartigen Betreten der Räume durch die Polizei offenbar gerade damit beschäftigt, Heroin für den Verkauf zu verpacken, so die Ermittler. Neben den harten Drogen, die teilweise mit Amphetaminen vermischt waren, beschlagnahmten die Beamten mehrere Handys, zahlreiche Utensilien für die Verpackung und den Verkauf sowie mutmaßliches Drogengeld. Nach bisherigem Ermittlungsstand hatten die drei Tatverdächtigen die Wohnung eigens für den Handel mit Rauschgift angemietet und genutzt, ohne dass diese bewohnt wurde. Die weiteren Ermittlungen wegen Handels mit Betäubungsmitteln in nicht geringer Menge dauern fort.
