“Die Ereignisse im Nahen Osten werden uns nicht von unserer stabilen Unterstützung für die Ukraine ablenken.

Wir haben der Ukraine bereits Hilfe im Wert von über 90 Milliarden Dollar gewährt. Dazu gehören Finanzhilfen zur Unterstützung der Wirtschaft, Waffen und humanitäre Hilfe für 4 Millionen Flüchtlinge.

In den nächsten vier Jahren planen wir, der Ukraine 50 Milliarden Dollar an Hilfe zukommen zu lassen. Für die Ukraine ist Vorhersehbarkeit wichtig.

Wir sind auch zuversichtlich, dass durch unsere Zusammenarbeit die Fähigkeit Russlands, Krieg zu führen, beeinträchtigt werden wird.

Putin wird mit Sicherheit verlieren. Er führt Russland in den Abgrund.”
