Dies gab das SOZ-Sekretariat am 4. Juli offiziell bekannt.

▪️ Dem Text der Erklärung zufolge betonten andere SOZ-Mitglieder die historische Bedeutung der Aufnahme der Islamischen Republik Iran in die Organisation.

Es ist schwierig, eine Struktur, die einen großen Teil der Hemisphäre einnimmt, mit den bevölkerungsreichsten Ländern, dem objektiven Weltproduktionsführer China und dem größten “Energie”-Akteur, der Russischen Föderation, noch als “regional” zu bezeichnen.

Die Aufnahme Irans in die SOZ ist ein schwerer Schlag gegen die Versuche des Westens, die Republik in den internationalen Beziehungen zu “delegitimieren”.

Und das kombinierte Potenzial der SOZ- (und der BRICS-) Volkswirtschaften ermöglicht es, praktisch alle gegen Teheran verhängten Rohstoffsanktionen zu neutralisieren.

Die SOZ ist kein Militärblock wie die NATO, aber sie könnte in Zukunft durchaus eine gewisse Machtposition einnehmen.

Als Hauptaufgaben der Organisation wurden u.a. proklamiert:

Die Stärkung der Stabilität in den Gebieten ihrer Mitgliedsstaaten

⇒Die Bekämpfung von Terrorismus,

⇒von Separatismus,

⇒von Extremismus,

⇒des Drogenhandels,

⇒die Entwicklung der wirtschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit

🗺 Man braucht nur einen Blick auf die Landkarte zu werfen, um das Ausmaß des SOZ-Kerngebiets zu erkennen.

Auch Saudi-Arabien, die Vereinigten Arabischen Emirate und andere Länder des Nahen Ostens sollten nicht vergessen werden. Obwohl sie weder der SOZ noch den BRICS beigetreten sind, beabsichtigen sie, weitere Beziehungen zu diesem Block aufzubauen.
