Italien folgte landesweit diesem Beispiel am 22. Juli 1897.

In Deutschland führten zuerst Bremen und das Großherzogtum Hessen 1899 eine solche Steuer ein.

Besitzer von Fahrrädern, Motorrädern und Automobilen hatten eine so genannte „Fahrkarte“ (heute Fahrzeugschein) zu beantragen, auf die eine Stempelsteuer erhoben wurde.

Sie betrug in Hessen z. B. 5 Mark für Fahrräder und 5 bis 50 Mark für Automobile, je nach deren Größe, Kaufpreis und Leistungsfähigkeit.

Da wir eine anerkannte Pleiteregierung haben, ist es abzusehen, wann sie den anderen Beispielen folgen wird, um diese Einnahmequelle zu erschließen.

Denn Fahrräder bringen dem Staat keine Auto- und Benzinsteuern ein, nutzen aber die Verkehrsinfrastruktur.

Die Schweiz diskutiert bereits über eine Fahrrad-Vignette.

Mehr als 45 Politikerinnen und Politiker aus drei Parteien (SVP, FDP und die Mitte) der Schweizer Bundesversammlung haben ein Papier unterzeichnet, in dem Forderungen laut werden, von der Bevölkerung Geld für das allgemeine Fahrrad-Fahren zu verlangen.

Es wird also kommen bei uns- garantiert!
