Ein Gutachter, der mit der Rekonstruktion des Unfallhergangs beauftragt wurde, hat seine Arbeiten vor Ort abgeschlossen. Die drei am Unfall beteiligten Fahrzeuge wurden sichergestellt. Die Bergungsarbeiten sind ebenfalls beendet.

Wie die eingesetzten Streifen des Polizeireviers Nord berichten, war es gegen 8 Uhr zu dem Unfall gekommen. Nach bisherigem Ermittlungsstand wollte ein 24-jähriger Autofahrer mit einem VW vom Parkstreifen rechtsseitig der Wolfhager Straße stadtauswärts in den fließenden Verkehr einfahren.

Hierbei kam es zum Zusammenstoß mit einem stadtauswärts auf der Wolfhager Straße fahrenden, vorfahrtsberechtigten VW, der von einer 29-jährigen Frau gesteuert wurde. Dieser Pkw geriet nach der seitlichen Kollision mit dem ausparkenden Auto in den Gegenverkehr, wo es zum Frontalzusammenstoß mit dem entgegenkommenden, stadteinwärts fahrenden Rollerfahrer kam.

Der 65-jährige Fahrer des Motorrollers war so schwer verletzt worden, dass für ihn leider jede Hilfe zu spät kam und er noch an der Unfallstelle verstarb. Der 24-Jährige und die 29-Jährige erlitten beide einen Schock und wurden seelsorgerisch betreut. Die weiteren Ermittlungen zum Unfallhergang werden bei der EG 6 der Regionalen Ermittlungsgruppe der Kasseler Polizei geführt.
