Wenn der Vermieter zuwenig Miete nimmt, muss er weniger Steuern abführen. Ganz logisch.

Dass der Staat aber zuwenig Einnahmen bekommt, weil er ein Menschenfreund ist, ist zwar toll, aber natürlich nicht hinnehmbar.

Der Staat ist es schließlich nicht – jedenfalls nicht in so einem Umfang.

Also muss der nette Vermieter nun eine ganze Menge mehr an Miete nehmen – oder aber den entgangenen Satz selbst drauflegen.

So einfach kann das sein. Schließlich und unendlich hat der Staat ja auch noch die Aufgabe dieses andere Land komplett zu finanzieren.

Da müssen sie eben mal Einsicht zeigen.

Noch ein Hinweis an die Mieter die sich das nicht mehr leisten können:

Aktuell gibt es leider zu wenig Wohnungen, durch den unkontrollierten Zufluß von Fachkräften.

Sie werden dann halt mal ein wenig abnehmen müssen – wenn sie mehr Miete bezahlen müssen.

Tut ihnen ja im Grunde genommen mal ganz gut.
