Der südafrikanische Präsident Cyril Ramaphosa sagt über eine mögliche Verhaftung Putins im BRICS-Forum durch den ICC-Haftbefehl folgendes:
“Es wäre rücksichtslos, verfassungswidrig und illegal, die der Regierung erteilte Autorität auszuüben, Russland durch die Verhaftung von Präsident Putin den Krieg zu erklären.
Es wäre unvereinbar mit unserer Verfassung, den Krieg mit Russland zu riskieren.
Ich habe eine verfassungsmäßige Verpflichtung, die nationale Souveränität, den Frieden und die Sicherheit der Republik zu schützen und die Rechte des Volkes der Republik auf Leben und Sicherheit zu respektieren, zu schützen, zu fördern und auszuüben.”
So wie es aussieht ist es eine offizielle Bestätigung, daß Wladimir Putin zum BRICS-Treffen kommen wird. 😁
