Derweil unterstützt die EU nun den Plan Deutschlands, dass ein Asylverfahren an den Grenzen der EU beginnen muss.

Das bedeutet, ein Asylsuchender muss den Antrag an der Außengrenze stellen.

Faktisch ist das aber nichts anderes als jetzt.

Migranten überschwemmen die Grenzländer und stellen ihren Antrag.

Besser wäre es, diese illegalen Grenzübertritte zurückzuweisen und Asylanträge nur noch aus den Ländern ausserhalb der EU anzunehmen um die massenhafte faktische Illegalität zu beseitigen.

FAESER: Wer kein Recht auf Asyl habe, müsse “von dort in seine Heimat zurückkehren”. Gleichzeitig wolle sie, dass jeder an der EU-Außengrenze registriert werde, “damit Menschen nicht unkontrolliert weiterreisen”.

Auch gäbe das den einzelnen Mitgliedsstaaten mehr Spielraum bei der Planung und Umsetzung. Auch könnte man endlich einen vernünftigen Verteilungsschlüssel anwenden und Länder wie Polen könnten sich nicht drücken.
