Ein entscheidendes Etappenziel ist erreicht: Die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes hat heute den Auftrag für den Ersatzneubau der Talbrücke Rahmede vergeben. Demnach wird die Bietergemeinschaft HABAU/MCE/Bickhardt Bau mit dem Neubau beauftragt. Die Auftragssumme beträgt rund 170 Millionen Euro. Die Bauvorbereitungen und Detailplanungen sind bereits angelaufen. Ziel ist es, den ersten Teil der Talbrücke Rahmede Mitte 2026 für den Verkehr freizugeben.
Bundesminister Volker Wissing:
„Die erfolgreiche Vergabe ist der Startschuss für den Neubau der Talbrücke Rahmede. Damit kommen wir unserem Ziel bedeutend näher, die Sauerlandlinie A 45 in Lüdenscheid schnellstmöglich wieder durchgängig befahrbar zu machen. Wir haben den Vergabeprozess beschleunigt und sogar schneller als vorgesehen abgeschlossen. Die beauftragte Bietergemeinschaft wird den Neubau nun mit Hochdruck voranbringen.“
Gunther Adler, Geschäftsführer der Autobahn GmbH des Bundes:
„Es zahlt sich nun aus, dass alle Beteiligten den Neubau der Talbrücke mit maximaler Priorität angegangen sind. Wir haben direkt nach der Sprengung der alten Brücke am 7. Mai mit den Aufräumarbeiten begonnen und parallel die Vergabe des Neubaus vorangetrieben.“
Der Neubau der 453 Meter langen Talbrücke Rahmede hat im Bundesministerium für Digitales und Verkehr (BMDV), im Fernstraßen-Bundesamt und in der Autobahn GmbH des Bundes höchste Priorität.
Gemeinsame intensive Gespräche mit Betroffenen, Kommunen und den Verbänden haben es ermöglicht, auf ein formales Planfeststellungs- oder Plangenehmigungsverfahren zu verzichten.
Um auf kürzestem Weg zum Bau zu kommen, hatte die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes außerdem eine funktionale Ausschreibung gestartet.
Das bedeutet: Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt die Planungs- und zugleich auch die Bauleistungen. Hierdurch bringt er seine fachliche Expertise bereits in der Planungsphase mit ein.
