Regierung hat Strafen für die Behandlung von Transgender-Personen mit ihrem Geburtsnamen vorgeschlagen.

Das neue Gesetz würde eine Geschlechtsumwandlung mit einem einfachen Antrag beim Standesamt ermöglichen, ohne ein Gericht oder medizinische Gutachter. Gleichzeitig wird eine Geschlechtsumwandlung während einer militärischen Bedrohung untersagt, so dass sich die Deutschen einer Einberufung zur Armee nicht entziehen können. Einige “Bio”-Beschränkungen werden beibehalten: z. B. im Sport, in Umkleideräumen, Saunen und Gefängnissen.

Der Gesetzentwurf sieht außerdem Verwaltungsstrafen für “Misgendering” (absichtliche Verwendung des falschen Geschlechts statt des bevorzugten Geschlechts), “Deadneyming” (absichtliche Verwendung des früheren Namens einer Person) und “Outing” (Enthüllung oder Versuch der Enthüllung der tatsächlichen Geschlechtsidentität einer Person “ohne deren Zustimmung” unter Androhung einer Geldstrafe von bis zu 10.000 Euro) vor.
