Mehrmonatige Haftstrafe: Gericht bestraft Klimaaktivisten so hart wie nie

Novum in der Geschichte der “Letzten Generation”:

Erstmals müssen Klimaaktivisten per Urteil ins Gefängnis.

Das entschied das Amtsgericht Heilbronn.

Zwei der  Klimaaktivisten der „Letzten Generation“ sind am Montag vom Amtsgericht Heilbronn zu mehreren Monaten Gefängnis verurteilt worden.

Als erstes deutsches Gericht habe das Amtsgericht Haftstrafen ohne Bewährung gegen Demonstranten der Klimabewegung verhängt, teilte die „Letzte Generation“ mit.

Weitere fünf Unterstützer der „Letzten Generation“ kamen mit einer Geldstrafe davon.

Das Amtsgericht Heilbronn nutzte die im vergangenen Jahr geschaffene Möglichkeit des beschleunigten Verfahrens im Strafprozess.
