Jetzt ist die schönste Zeit für ausgedehnte Motorradtrips. Besonders in Thüringen finden sich einige traumhafte Motorradrouten Deutschlands mit atemberaubenden Aussichten und kurvenreichen Strecken z.B. durch den Thüringer Wald oder die Rhön.
Zu einem gelungenen Motorradtrip gehört immer auch die Übernachtung in gemütlichen, charmanten Hotels, in denen Bikerinnen und Biker willkommen sind. Das von ADAC und DEHOGA Thüringen entwickelte Zertifikat „Motorradfreundliches Hotel“ ist hier eine sinnvolle Orientierungshilfe.
Überdachte Abstellmöglichkeiten, Trockenräume, sichere Stellplätze, Werkzeuge für kleinere Reparaturen und Tourenvorschläge für die Umgebung – diese und noch viele weitere Serviceangebote finden Motorradfahrer in den zertifizierten Betrieben.
Am 15. Juni haben der DEHOGA Thüringen und ADAC Hessen-Thüringen zwei Hotelbetriebe in Thüringen zertifiziert:

Das schöne Urlaubshotel in der Vorderrhön lädt ein zum Wandern, Sternegucken, Motorradfahren und vielem mehr.

Strenge Qualitätsstandards
Das Zertifikat „Motorradfreundliches Hotel“ wurde 2009 vom ADAC in Bayern und dem Hotel- und Gaststättenverband DEHOGA Bayern ins Leben gerufen und wird inzwischen von vielen ADAC Regionalclubs bundesweit vergeben. Ziel ist es, Bikern eine verlässliche Orientierungshilfe für die Tourenplanung zu geben und damit auch die Attraktivität Deutschlands als Motorradland zu steigern. Die Motorradfreundlichkeit der Betriebe wird alle drei Jahre von einer unabhängigen und objektiven Bereisungskommission, die aus Vertretern von ADAC und DEHOGA besteht, überprüft.
