Wie die aktuelle ADAC Auswertung der Kraftstoffpreise an den deutschen Tankstellen zeigt, verteuerte sich ein Liter Super E10 seit vergangener Woche um 3,6 Cent und kostet aktuell im bundesweiten Mittel 1,825 Euro. Der Preisanstieg bei Diesel-Kraftstoff fällt mit 4,2 Cent gegenüber der Vorwoche noch deutlicher aus. Ein Liter kostet demnach derzeit im Schnitt 1,670 Euro.

Der Grund für die deutliche Verteuerung ist der Anstieg des Rohölpreises. Ein Barrel der Sorte Brent kostet derzeit rund 83 US-Dollar. Das Preisniveau an den Tankstellen ist jedoch aus Sicht des ADAC schon seit längerem deutlich überhöht, was der Mineralölbranche schon erhebliche Margen beschert hat. Ungeachtet der höheren Rohölnotierungen sieht der ADAC damit Luft für Preissenkungen an den Zapfsäulen, was die Autofahrerinnen und Autofahrer durch ihr Tankverhalten in ihrem Sinne beeinflussen können.

Die günstigste Zeit dafür ist nach Angaben des ADAC zwischen 20 und 22 Uhr. Aber auch zwischen 18 und 19 Uhr sind die Preise besonders niedrig. In den Morgenstunden ist Sprit in aller Regel um einiges teurer.
