Ein Tatbestand bei dem nicht wenige Gerichte bereits ein versuchtes Tötungsdelikt angenommen haben, da der Täter zumindest billigend in Kauf nimmt, dass das Opfer schwere oder sogar tödliche Verletzungen davonträgt.

Dass das Verhältnis aber bereits nachhaltig gestört ist, durch den unkontrollierten Zuzug von Menschen und die ausufernde Gewalt in unseren Städten, nehmen auch die Bürger wahr.

Es gehört zur journalistischen Aufklärungspflicht solches Verhalten auch durchaus in die Öffentlichkeit zu zerren, um es dort bekannt zu machen.
