Wie die am Unfallort eingesetzten Beamten der Polizeistation Homberg/ Efze berichteten, kam nach ersten Ermittlungen ein von Remsfeld her kommender PKW nach einer Rechtskurve von der Fahrbahn ab und überschlug sich mehrfach.

Dabei wurde der Fahrer leicht verletzt, die Beifahrerin wurde schwerst verletzt mittels Rettungshubschrauber in das Klinikum Kassel verbracht, wo sie kurze Zeit später verstarb.

An dem Fahrzeug entstand Totalschaden (ca. 3000 Euro).

Auf Anordnung der Staatsanwaltschaft Kassel wurde ein Sachverständiger zur Klärung der Unfallursache hinzugezogen.

Die Landesstraße war bis zur Bergung des Unfallfahrzeuges voll gesperrt.
