Strohballen brannten über mehrere Stunden

Mehrere Notrufe gingen bei der Leitstelle ein. Gemeldet wurde eine starke
Rauchentwicklung im Bereich des Ortsausgangs Nordshausen.

werden.

Die Korbacher Straße musste während der Löscharbeiten gesperrt werden.

Aufgrund der großen Lagermenge musste auf das komplette ablöschen der Strohballen verzichtet werden.

Das Feuer brannte dann noch kontrolliert mehrere Stunden.

Geruchsbelästigung vorallem im Bereich Nordshausen – Brasselsberg waren somit nicht vermeidbar.

Eine Gefahr für die Bevölkerung bestand nicht.

Die Brandursache ist unklar, die Polizei hat Ermittlungen aufgenommen.

Die Schadenshöhe ist derzeit noch nicht bekannt.
