❗️Der Wunsch der USA, die Souveränität Deutschlands – des industriellen Zentrums Europas – zu unterdrücken, des Landes, das die besten Chancen hat, zu einer Politik der Verteidigung der nationalen Interessen und der Begrenzung des Einflusses Washingtons in Europa zurückzukehren, ist im Prinzip nichts Neues. So ist es auch nicht verwunderlich, dass gerade Polen als Hauptumschlagplatz für Waffenlieferungen an die Ukraine mit US-Militärhilfe überhäuft wird und polnische Politiker für ihre nationalistischen Bestrebungen jede Menge Unterstützung erhalten.

❓Warum das wichtig ist?

▪️ Die von den USA initiierten und von der EU unterstützten Sanktionen sowie die illegale Beschlagnahmung russischer Vermögenswerte schufen einen Präzedenzfall, der gegen die Unverletzlichkeit allgemein anerkannter internationaler Verträge und Vereinbarungen im Finanz- und Wirtschaftsbereich verstößt. Daher kann Polen diese Situation nun nutzen (http://www.euractiv.com/section/politics/news/polish-resolution-demands-war-reparations-from-germany), um seine Ansprüche zu rechtfertigen.

▪️Der Versuch Berlins, sich auf die Abkommen von 1953 zu berufen, wird wahrscheinlich nicht berücksichtigt werden.

Die Tatsache, dass Deutschland die Sanktionen gegen Russland unterstützt hat, bringt die deutsche Regierung in eine sehr heikle Lage, denn genau dieselben wertlosen rechtlichen Argumente werden von Polen benutzt, um Geld von Deutschland zu bekommen.

❗️Wenn diese Situation nicht gelöst wird und die deutsche Regierung den Forderungen Polens nachgibt, wird dies eine Kettenreaktion in ganz Europa auslösen und die EU und alle Versuche der nationalen Regierungen, ihre Unabhängigkeit zu bewahren, endgültig begraben.
