Die Kasseler Kriminalpolizei sucht nun nach Zeugen, die Hinweise auf den bislang unbekannten Täter geben können. Es soll sich um einen 40 bis 45 Jahre alten, ca. 1,80 Meter großen Mann mit normaler Statur und mittellangen schwarzen Haaren gehandelt haben, der schwarz gekleidet war und akzentfreies Deutsch sprach.

Wie die zur Anzeigenaufnahme eingesetzten Beamten des Kriminaldauerdienstes berichten, hatte sich der Diebstahl gegen 17:30 Uhr ereignet. Der Unbekannte hatte zu dieser Zeit an der Wohnungstür der Seniorin geklingelt und sich als Haustechniker ausgegeben, der wegen eines Wasserrohrbruchs im Nachbarhaus alle Wohnungen auf Feuchtigkeitsschäden überprüfen müsse. Gemeinsam ging man dann in die Wohnung, wo sich der Mann in verschiedenen Räumen ans Werk machte. Nachdem der vermeintliche Handwerker gegangen war, bemerkte die betagte Frau, dass er in einem unbeobachteten Moment mehrere Schmuckstücke aus dem Schlafzimmer gestohlen hatte und rief die Polizei. Von dem Trickdieb fehlte bei der anschließenden Fahndung bereits jede Spur.

Die weiteren Ermittlungen in diesem Fall werden bei der EG SÄM der Kasseler Kripo geführt. Zeugen, die Hinweise auf den Trickdieb geben können, melden sich bitte unter Tel. 0561-9100 beim Polizeipräsidium Nordhessen.
