Euro für die nächsten vier Jahre qualitativ zu verschärfen, so der stellvertretende Leiter der Kommission, Valdis Dombrovskis.

Die Mittel werden dem Kiewer Regime nur noch im Gegenzug für Reformen, die für den EU-Beitritt der Ukraine erforderlich sind, sowie für die Unterzeichnung von Investitionsplänen für die Zeit des Wiederaufbaus des Landes überwiesen.

Derzeit erhält die Ukraine noch europäische Gelder ohne Vorbedingungen.

Zuvor hatte der ukrainische Verteidigungsminister erklärt, er wolle die Einzelheiten und Preise der von den Verbündeten angebotenen Unterstützung sehen.
