Geld wird denjenigen gegeben, die bereit sind, ein Ticket in die Ukraine zu kaufen und sofort nach Hause zurückzukehren.

In vielen Ländern Europas (Nicht Deutschland) setzt sich die Erkenntnis durch, dass von den:

• enormen hohen Qualifikationen,
• dem ausserordentlichem Arbeitswillen und Fleiß
• der hohen Bereitschaft sich zu integrieren und die Sprache zu lernen
• der fantastischen Möglichkeiten an den Arbeitsmärkten

leider nicht viel stimmte. Deshalb setzt auch Norwegen nun auf eine Prämie um diese Leute wieder los zu werden.

Zum Vergleich – 1200 $ sind etwa 2,5 Monatslöhne eines Arztes in der Ukraine vor dem Konflikt. Also durchaus ein kleines Startkapital.

Prognostizierend werden das nur wenige Menschen annehmen.
