Die Regeln im sogenannten Jagdschutz.
Dieser sieht in den meisten Bundesländern vor, dass der Jagdausübungsberechtigte eines Revieres, also der Pächter oder Eigentümer, zum Schutz des Wildes nicht nur beutegreifende Wildarten wie Füchse, sondern auch Hund und Katze schießen darf.
Doch dabei gelten strenge Regeln, die sich teils stark von Bundesland zu Bundesland unterscheiden.
