Kasperltheater Deutschland: Berliner Polizei muss Klima-Klebern 313.000 Euro zurückzahlen

Geklagt hat ein ehrenwerter Demonstrierender aus Berlin.

Er bekam in erster Instanz recht.

Jedoch kündigte die Senatsverwaltung für Inneres die Beschwerde  gegen den Beschluss vor dem Oberverwaltungsgericht Berlin-Brandenburg Beschwerde an.

Nach diesem Urteil müssen die Klimakleber keine Gebühren bezahlen.

Ausgenommen seien Situationen, wenn die Polizei zur Gefahrenabwehr für Personen oder zur allgemeinen Sicherheit in Notlagen handeln müsse.

Der Klimakleber hatte geklagt (höchstwahrscheinlich mit einem Sozialschein für Prozesskostenhilfe) wegen eines Bescheides über 241 €.

Sollte dieses Urteil auch auf die übrigen Klima-Kleber anzuwenden sein, wovon auszugehen ist, wird die Behörde etwa 313.000 Euro zurückzahlen müssen.

Bis Anfang September 2023 hatte sie bereits rund 1.300 solcher Bescheide mit jeweils dem Fixbetrag von 241 Euro verschickt.
