sc_version=’1.0′ admin_preview_bg=”] (ots) Kassel-Nord: Bei einem zufälligen Blick aus dem Fenster wurde ein Anwohner der Holländischen Straße am Dienstagmorgen auf einen Lkw-Aufbruch aufmerksam.

Er beobachtete zwei Männer, die sich gegen 7:50 Uhr mit einem Schraubendreher an der Seitenscheibe des Führerhauses zu schaffen machten. Sofort alarmierte der Zeuge die Polizei und behielt die Verdächtigen im Blick, bis sie in die Hegelbergstraße flüchteten.

Da der Anwohner sowohl eine präzise Beschreibung der Täter als auch deren Fluchtrichtung durchgab, führte die sofort eingeleitete Fahndung zur Festnahme von zwei Tatverdächtigen noch in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Tatort.

An dem geparkten Lkw stellten die Polizisten frische Hebelspuren und einen Schaden von ca. 500 Euro fest. Allerdings war es den Tätern nicht gelungen, den Lkw aufzubrechen, sodass sie keine Beute gemacht hatten.

Die 43 und 41 Jahre alten Männer aus Kassel, die für die Polizei keine Unbekannten sind, brachten die Beamten für die weiteren polizeilichen Maßnahmen auf das Revier. Zudem prüfen die zuständigen Ermittler der EG 3 der Kasseler Polizei aktuell, ob die beiden Tatverdächtigen für zwei weiteren Auto-Aufbrüche am gestrigen Morgen in der Lenaustraße und in der Eisenschmiede verantwortlich sind.
