Der Gleichheitssatz ( lateinisch ius respicit aequitatem, „Das Recht achtet auf Gleichheit “) ist ein Grundsatz im Verfassungsrecht . Die Allgemeine Erklärung der Menschenrechte der Vereinten Nationen verkündet in Art. 1 Satz 1: Alle Menschen sind frei und gleich an Würde und Rechten geboren.
Kurzgefasst bedeutet es: Gleiches Recht für alle.
Da man die Herrschaften nicht unbelangt lassen will, muss man sie folglich anklagen, da man sich sonst selbst ad absurdum führt.
Man hatte den Zeitpunkt der Sondersitzung absichtlich so gewählt, dass die unsägliche Miss Baerbock nicht wieder alle strubbelig quatschen konnte mit ihrer völkerrechtlichen Grundsatzdiskussion, da diese Dame zur Zeit in Japan weilt.
Bei einer strengen Prüfung stellte sich heraus, dass es lediglich einer der noch lebenden Ex-Präsidenten die Rolle des Primus übernehmen kann, denn er hat zwar auch viel Unheil angerichtet aber keinen einzigen Krieg begonnen.
Sie würden wahrscheinlich selbst draufkommen, aber es handelt sich um Donald Trump.
